1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the tg33 platform and any user of the platform ("Member" or "you"). By using the tg33.cam website, its mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Account Registration and Verification

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

tg33 is for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) or older only. Minors ("those under 21") are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.3 Currency

All transactions on tg33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement for the bonus to become withdrawable: 25 (twenty-five) times the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not a substitute for cash in any form.
• tg33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage, etc.) is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Only one account per family, household, or IP address is eligible to receive a bonus.
• Specific bonuses have specific expiry periods — an expired bonus will be cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Program

The tg33 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and betting volume on the platform. The benefits and terms of each tier apply separately.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on tg33 are governed by the following rules.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bet or game result may be voided due to a technical error.
• Placing bets using prior knowledge of a predetermined match or event outcome (insider betting) is strictly prohibited.
• tg33's decision on the outcome of any game or event is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Bets can be placed on various international sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded (unless specific terms state otherwise).
• In live betting, if odds change, the odds confirmed prior to the change will apply to already confirmed bets.

6.3 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated fairly using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• Game results are entirely random and do not depend on previous results.
• Results arising from a software error or technical issue will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on tg33. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken:

• Creating multiple accounts.

8 Account Suspension and Closure
